Growing up, I liked nothing better than disappearing between the pages of a book. Not much has changed now that I am an adult. When I'm not reading or writing, I am a teacher, which I love. I have taught students from foundation stage (five-year-olds) right up to GCSE level, over more than two decades. I have worked in primary and secondary schools in both England and the Middle East. I write for both children and adults.
